ELECTRODEPOSITION COATING USING INDION EDCORE MEMBRANE TECHNOLOGY

Electro deposition coating is a method to paint objects using electrical current which deposits paint into a conductive substrate (e.g. metal part or electrode). Electro deposition is an efficient and automated process, in which paint particles precipitate at an electrode, which is regulated by voltage.

Advanced technologies like the INDION EDCORE membrane system are used to recover free anion occurring during the electro deposition coating process.

INDION EDCORE system offers various unique features like high physical strength, reduction in deposits due to smooth surface of membrane, low permeability of non-ionic substances & easy to handle membrane system. It is also easy to cope with dimensional changes of system.
